electric brake

hello all
I know it is on this forum somewhere that tells where the wire is under the dash that hooks up to the electric brake box on a 2001 f350 . Thanks for any info.
Thanks electro41230

If you take the panel off underneath the steering wheel. It should hav 4 quarter turn flat head plastic screws. Once you have it off, look to the right side, there should be a plug with a tag that says trailer brakes. Then you just use the pigtail that is probalbly in your glove box, plug it in ang wire your box to the pigtail. Also there is either a 40 or 50 amp fuse that has to be installed in the fuse box in the engine compartment.
