Live tuning questions

There aren't any performance oriented diesel shops in my area who have a dyno or offer live tuing but there is a speed shop that does mostly muscle cars. Newer turbo/super mustangs, camaros, vettes, cudas etc, Well I stopped in and asked if they live tuned diesel and without any questions they just said "yes". Anyone in the Eastern PA area hear of Injection Connection ? I asked if they use SCT software and they guy said "sure!" lol.

How exactly does live/ dyno tuning work? I bring my truck in and they use thier SCT software to modify a tune while the truck is on the dyno? What about tranmission tuning?

Just wondering if I can trust these guys since I have never seen a diesel there and they seemed a little too confident. They seem to know their stuff when it comes to muscle cars. I could be wrong, who knows they might be diesel experts.

Well after further inquiry and talking to another employee who said they don't tune any diesels. And another guy who worked there who said they could use efi live to tune my powerstroke I said "Later!"
