Rear door locks, Crew Cab

2002 F250 The child proof locks on both rear doors don't disengage. I have moved the switch on the jam of both doors but no change. The windows work so I know the override switch on the drivers door works properly. Since it is both doors there has to be a common wire or relay. Any suggestions?

There are no electronics for the child safety locks.

Maybe I should have elaborated a little more, the doors will unlock with the remote and also the button on drivers door. If the doors are unlocked they lock automatically when you start moving just as the front doors do. When you stop and turn off the key the front doors unlock but the rear doors do not you have to push the unlock switch on drivers door or manually lift the lock pull at the rear doors.

That is an autolock feature and not the child safety locks. That is controlled through the PCM but can be changed. Should tell you how to disable or change the autolock feature in your owners manual.
