Windshield wiper switch/knob thing

My windshield wiper knob/switch seems to be off by 1 position, meaning when I have high speed selected it is on the one below it. Would this be a dealership only item, if so how much would it cost? Can I replace it myself, or does it have to be replaced by the dealer? Any idears???

easy to replace if you know the trick

to getting the ignition cylender out, Its actually called a Multifunction switch just so you know when you are looking, and i dont know if you can get them aftermarket or not.......but your symptom is pretty common.

I'm having issues with mine too. The wipres will not turn off when I tell them to, so I have to keep going back and forth between on/off till it works. Kinda sucks really.

yours could be the relay as well....there is a run/park relay that could be staying energized...
