any one ever suicide the rear doors on a crew cab?

I was thinkg using parts from an ext cab so that it all looks stock
"rear door hinges and jambs from front and rear doors"

Suicide doors are hinged at the rear
lambo doors at the front and open upward to the front
Gullwing doors are hinged at the top and open upward .
