F350 issues

Sooo I'm buying an f350 and the one I've seen has some issues:

Heavy rust under the body - on differential cap, exhaust, u-bolts, etc

Rear driver side door hangs and rubs

Noticed the AC pipes sweating?

Also squeaking coming out of the front end drivers use on left hand turns

It's a 2006 crew cab 36k miles what do you guys think? Buy or don't buy?

I have a 2008 f150 fx4 now but I don't want to plow with it

With 36k miles I'd be a bit suspicious. I know it might seem like a great find but these trucks NEED to be driven often and worked hard to stay healthy. Also low miles might mean it spent alot of time in the shop. Either way I'd be suspicious.

As for everything else it honestly sounds like the truck was neglected. What is the asking price?

Are the EOT and ECT in check?

The truck inside is very well kept and under the hood is spotless..selling for $22000 with the v10 6.8 gas

Noticed it was registered commercially it was either used for plowing or pulling boats

The other truck I'm debating between is a 2010 f350 v8 5.4L gas...29k miles $30,000...no rust but $8000 more

I thought you were talking the 6.0. Not going to get much V10 help here in this forum unless you go to the gasser section.
