2000 Ford 7.3 shake after rev

I recently installed an edge evolution my 2000 f350 7.3 with 135,000. When its on the stock setting it runs completely normal, but on any of the three tunes If rev it quickly above 2000 rpm's just sitting there (not moving), when I let off it lopes and shakes about 5 times then drops down to a smooth idle, is this normal? It has loads of power and doesn't smoke in any way ever (accept black), and it starts easily cold or warm.
