I need to send a letter to Ford complaining about a component that died on my truck with low kms, and of course my warranty running out 6weeks earlier throw myself on their mercy so to speak, do know if they will listen I must try thks for the address if anyone can help need to go to the top

What component died? Did you try the dealer, they might help and backdate the warranty claim.

It was ficm unit said I needed a new shell total bill was $1527,65 my truck is 07 f350 with 49,500kms this is why Im not happy, this was the dealer that has serviced the truck since new no mention of backdating my warranty all I got after saying you have to be kidding was Diesels are expensive to fix .

I don't know much about the 6.0 but from what I have seen the FICM tends to go out when you have bad batteries.

I dont know about that ,my batteries are fine so just bad luck I guess not impressed so far with this truck last year the turbo now this oh well thks for your reply
