need advice on possible buy

hey guys, I found a truck that is pretty much exactly what I'm looking for
here it is:
1999 ford f350 crew cab 7.3 diesel
The only thing that I'm kind of worried about are the miles. I know 7.3's are really reliable and arguably the best powerstroke out there. So if you guy could give the truck a look and read the guys posting and let me know what you think and give me any advice I would really appreciate it
Thanks in advance
Oh and I will probably keep this truck for awhile depending on my job and college and all that stuff, if I would get a better paying job I might sell to get a 6.4, but as of right now, I see me keeping whatever 7.3 that I buy for awhile

Is all you need to look for is leaks and the under body of it. Check to see if its been abused and $16,500 is way more then what the truck is worthe..

I'd offer him at max $13,000.

And anything over 200k on a diesel is a concern with the average buyer if you were going to resell the truck at some point to upgrade. I'd try to find something in the 100k's

okay, I'm not sure if I would resell it or not. The only thing that I would upgrade to after a couple years when I got a better paying job and everything is a lbz duramax, or a 6.4 if I wouldn't have any of the 6.4 problems
