02 7.3 cranks wont start

Ok so I'm new here and fairly new to diesels. I have an 02 f350 1 ton with 89k on it. Last Friday I was driving to work and my truck shut off like I turned the key off. Naturally I thought it was the cps so I replaced it tried to start it and it hydrolocked ( I think) I removed the glow plugs and turned the engine by hand and was able to get it to crank again. I was low on oil so I topped it off and filled the resivor and tried again still nothing. I drained the fuel bowl to make sure there was no water. My glow plug relay was bad so I replaced it the icp was replaced not long ago and I have no blown fuses. I'm at a loss!? My wait to start light comes on and goes off like it should but my check gauge light stays on? And after cranking a while the wts light comes back on? So please any help would be greatly appreciated thank you!

Also the only code it is throwing is exhaust back pressure. Ive read a few things on here people arguing it will or will not cause a no start unplugged the sensor and tried still nothkng
