08 6.4 or 12v

Need some opinions on what to do. I've put a lot of time and money into my 06 and kept having problems with it but finally have it holding up except am nervous to drive it much and have something go out again so it's either sell it and buy an 08 6.4 with over 100k miles or pull the 6.0 and fummins it with a second gen 12 valve. What are the pros and cons with these and which would be better to do because putting more money into the 6.0 isn't an option

Pretty much looking for what's going to save money and be more reliable with light mods

I love 12v's, but around here people want a million dollars for them if they're in good shape.

so it was either spend $13k on a 12v with 175k on it or $21k for a fully loaded 08 6.4 with 108k on it. I took option B
