Looking at doing some painting and need help

Okay guys I have been doing alot of thinking about what I want done to my truck and I have decided that I want to paint the front chrome grille white, door handles white, the entire mirror white and paint the bottom strip black with bedliner. Now my questions is:
-How can I paint the chrome to make it look good?
-How exactly can't I paint the mirriors?
-and should I roll the bedliner or spray?

Rough up the chrome sand it down. Spray some adhesive stuff that makes paint stick then paint!
