problems with an 06 6.0

I bought this truck last year with no problems. Last month I hit 2 deer with minimal damage but required front end work. When I picked up my truck the first time the check engine light was on and stayed on for about 4 days and went out for about a week, then came back on for about another 4 days and goes out. This has been going on for about a month. I've had several different code readers on it and they all say something different. I've pulled the EGR valve and it was not dirty or wet. any suggestions???

You should have had you insurance company check that out epecially if it wasn't doing that before that accident.

FICM and ABS modules are located near each other on the engine - both are on the driver's side.

I wonder if a common wire bundle got mashed during the repair.
