hey all i was wonderin what kind of deal this is. 2004 f250 crew cab 6.0 fx4...about 90k on it...about 21500 is what i have them talked down to...i really like the truck...but i dont know about the 6 liter and automatic. any input??

Lariat or XLT what is the condition of truck? I have an 04 and it has been a good ride except for the EGR valve and the new factory flash the dealer just did to it.. Man what a power killer..

What he said -- I'd get that sucker checked out before the 100K warranty is up too and drive it like a bat outta hell

did you have an oasis done on it?? Will tell you all warranty work at a Ford dealership -- give you an idea if its had probs or not

xlt...i had an oasis report ran on it and found the pcm flash and some kinda engine calibration or somethin was done. the egr valve was replaced..as far as the warranty..will the transfer over to me?? pretty sure the warranty is screwed anyhow...bully dog..i think its the bull pup. im going to look at it again tomorrow and will be talkin to the former owner about it. how well does the 6 liter hold up??

THE WARRANTY IS TRANFERABLE UP TO 100K , are you getting it from an individual or a dealer ship?

Go to Edmunds.com and plug in all the info about the truck. They are usually close to fair market value.

dealership....edmunds gives me a value of 22,524...is that warranty just a powertrain warranty?? anything in particular i should look for on this truck??

yes it wil be the remainder of the 5 yr 100K powertrain warranty and it will transfer to you if and when you buy it. itnstead of paying the whole repair bill you are only responsible for the first 100 bucks ( the deductible ).

i thin kyou can buy an extended service plan from ford to cover other things too, but not too sure on how much it costs.

Best thing I can say is $4000 more and you can get one with a lot more warranty!
