Electrical System Parameters
Does anyone have the parameters for a '01 F-250 7.3 electrical system? Batteries are testing at 12.4 volts, turn glow plugs on, voltage drops to11.00 start cranking drops to 9.5 volts.
Could this low voltage create a missing issue upon start up?

I've seen it posted that you need 10V minimum to start the engine.... dont' know if thats prior to cranking or while cranking...
