brake pads

any suggestions? is the pep boys or auto zone brand sufficient? i have stock rotors.

we usually use wagners on customer cars. They are very quet and dont make much dust. We are very happy with them. I dont know if pep boys or autozone sells them.

I got the platinum edition ones from Advanced Auto. They work pretty good.

i second the Hawk pads but they work best with Powerslot rotors... ive never installed them by themselves

Wagner thermo quit. This from a shop that does a LOT of brakes. O Reighly's carries them

I've got Hawk pads with powerslots. My truck stops faster then a sports car 1/2 it's weight now. I know this because I got brake checked LOL.
