fuel pressure

my brother has an '03 with a 7.3 in it.

what should the fuel pressure be? idle and wot

the reason for me asking is the truck wants to fall on its face some in 2nd gear(auto) while running down the track(1/8 mile). i'm thinking it might be running out of fuel a little or a tranny issue.

his mods are brute force intake, exhaust but not sure which one, boost pressure relief valve, waste gate unplugged,DI performance chip, and tc lock-up switch.no gauges yet (been telling him for awhile he needs them) so i can see what the egt's and boost are doing.

the truck runs very inconsistant unlike my other bros. cummins. the truck hasn't thrown any codes lately, they seem to have went away when he did the intake.

just trying to get the truck to run as consistant as possible.

thanks in advance.
