do you have to have the outlook monitor to shift on the fly with the bullydog triple dog

Yeah, you down load whichever percentage you want to run from the Triple dog. The outlook is the only way to adj on the fly and it adjusts from stock to 100% of the maximum added hp you downloaded with the triple dog in multiples of 25%. Example if you download 100% of the triple dog and turn the outlook up to 100% then your in the "155hp range" (b/d's stats ot mine) if you set it at 50% on the outlook 77hp range. Long story short yes you must have the outlook
