Wind noise or turbo failure?

This is a question to everyone with grill, brush guards, etc. I have been noticing what I think is wind noise coming over my grill guard. I was wondering if anyone else has this, or is my 6.0 turbo about to puke out. I haven't noticed any drop in fuel economy, excess smoke (damn), white or grey smoke or so on. It seems that since I had my oil changed at the dealership it seems to lag a little more. I checked the fluid levels and they are all OK. Am I just being paronoid? I just put the grill guard on a month ago and noticed the noise recently but to be honest I wasn't really paying attention until my wife pointed it out while she was driving it.
