DIagnostic code egr

Ran a diagnostic check with my tuner said that p0401 EGR flow insufficent.
Does this mean i need to replace the egr, clean or what no check engine light just thought i would scan it and see

Hard to say for sure, but probably just setting a code because of the aftermarket intake. EGR flow is determined by measuring the decrease in flow across the MAF sensor when the EGR opens. An aftermarket intake can flow more and cause higher than desired readings when the EGR valve is open.

Of course, it's certainly possible that the EGR valve is not functioning properly...but the above is my guess at this point.
