Philadelphia area mechanics for my 6.0

I'm about 45mins north of Philly and I'm in need of a place or person who is as knowledgeable as you guys around here when it comes to these engines. I keep hearing suggestions and opinions from local shops and mechanic friends that are waaaaay off base from what I read here and I honestly don't really trust my truck with anyone in my area.

Anyone know of any "powerstroke experienced" shops or people in my area. Its like peoples eyes get huge and think I'm from another planet when I mention deleting an egr or lifting a cab for a stud job, even try to convey to someone that there is something called an sct that you plug under your dash and get these things called tunes that change the characteristics of your truck cause everyone has only heard of banks power packs and bully dogs. Thanks.

I wish Hassler was a little closer. Hes about 1.5hrs from me. I have heard his name around the forums before. I have heard of Jason's. He did a friend of mine stud job and I've heard good things but he hasn't called me back twice about getting estimates... I'm going to keep trying but I seems like all the good shops are down south!

I have gone far for truck repairs in the past. As far as N.C.! to find a trusted mechanic. Me and my dad took a weekend off to drive down to see Scott "scuffy" from Trucks Unlimited to get some work done. We left it there for a week then came back to pick it up. It was a cool road trip with pop and I didn't have to worry about the truck. Not sure I want to go that for more than once though!

Thanks for the replies. I'm going to try Jason's again since its the closest. Bad economy but it seems you can't give work away sometimes.

Jason's shop has worked on both of my trucks. I find them helpful and trust worthy. They have allot of experience with 6L. Also, their response when I contacted them was quick. Not sure what happened to the OP.
