heater

hi i have a question regarding my heater in my truck its a 2003 ford f-350 4x4 my heater works ok and the defrost and everthing works.my question is the fan dosent seem to blow as much heat as it used to any ideas thanks in advance.

Does it change speeds when you switch the control? Does the air come out in multiple places (ie, defrost and vent or floor and vent)?

My thinking is that the air is getting diverted and so it seems like it's less. I'm just throwing it out as a suggestion.


Another thing. In your sig, put [ ] around the front IMG and [/ ] around the ending IMG. it will help you show your sig pic.

yes the fan changes speeds when i switch it and yes the air comes out in all the places when i switch the controls. the air dosent come out like it should and the heat dosent get as hot as it should thanks for the reply.

thanks for the replys i changed my thermostat today and it fixed my problem the heater will run you out of the cab now. my old thermostat was stuck open.
