Sorry y'all I've been off of awhile - needed a break after all the years and still do but I thought you would get a kick out this. I am asked to go to court Texes vs. her......? Strange. I am being called as a witnes for the State against her.
Oh and BTW - I never told them I was runnig my cam.

That was when I put cam back on - they were screeming at each other before that.That is why he shakes his head as he walks away.

Now my question - I didn't tell any of them I had it all on camera. Her Insurance saw it and paid me - done. Now I am supposed to go to some deal I have NO idea about with the state of Texas at her??? I'm a bit confused.

Could be driving to endanger (or reckless driving, whatever your state calls it). If she and the cop got into like that, he could have written her up for a whole bunch of things. You told her that you had it on camera. Maybe she was stupid enough to tell the cop that??

I don't know - here is what I think...... Yes I did pass her at a high rate of speed. There was a toll both coming up so I got on my rig. My rig is LOUD as hell. I think that started it if I had to guess. I pass people sometimes who flash me because yes my rig is a bit loud when I get on her. Sorry.

I wouldn't sweat it. Whatever started it doesn't really show on the tape. The state is out to hang her, which is a good thing. Too many of those dumbazzes on the road, might as well take one off. I would say the only thing I see that you did wrong is you might have been too close to the suv in front of you, but that could be the camera angle.

I could post the entire video but I don't sing and cuss a lot (OK I do) - welcome to Houston. I did pass her way back and like she says "at a high rate of speed" but a toll both was coming up and I just went aroud her. NEVER cut her off or anything other than being loud. Hell you could have fit 5 cars in when I moved over.
She has issues as do I but that slamming into me........please.

Oh and camers is zoomed in so what you see is not me riding some persones butt - it's camera angle. Sorta :p

So why the heck are they asking me to be a witnessin in a case? YOU ALL are the FIRST to see this other than her insurance company. They paid me out for the damage on font end replacement.
Now this? I think she needs to go back south.
