Super Duty ... which one to buy ... ?

I'm in the market to get a Super Duty, and in talking to various diesel performance shops, mechanics and "experts", I've been advised almost universally to avoid the 6.0 Powerstroke. Some folks say the 6.4 is just a glorified 6.0

What are the opinions of the people that actually have these trucks?

One shop was so pro Chevy, they told me to even avoid the new 6.7 trucks....

Looking to use the truck to haul our current 30 foot travel trailer, and a future 5th wheel toy hauler. Might be used every day if it's a new enough truck.

Looking to find the sweet spot between reliability and over all cost of the truck.

Thanks for your opinions in advance.

It all depends on how much money you want to spend and what your prefer for a truck. I can't say much about the 6.7 because I've never driven one. But the 6.0 can be made very reliable with the right maintenance and upgrades. And the 6.4's also have been a strong engine. You can't go wrong with a super duty just for the fact that the trucks themselves are a superior design to the competition.
