Alright me and my buddy are going to the track when we get back to the states. To be honest im not sure who will be faster. I dont want to race him if im going to get my *** spanked lol.

2005 f250 powerstroke 4x4
SCT with custom tunes from inovative
EGR delete
Straight piped

2008 duramax 4x4
banks 6 gun
monster 5" turbo back

I will be launching in 4 hi
he will not be
what do you all think?

I would think it would probably be pretty close. Not sure how the 6 gun works in the dmax..but they're usually pretty quick tuned.

I would think even if he is faster than you he would have a hard time catching you if your doing a boosted 4x4 launch and he is not. 1/8 mile or 1/4 mile race?

Tell him to do a boosted launch as well and then just cruse down the track slow as you laugh in the rear view when his front end is destroyed.
