Problems with powerstokeshop.com?

I orded a ball joint kit from them two weeks ago and have not heard anything from them. I have checked my online account with them and the order is still "processing". I sent a message asking when I could expect my parts to ship, with no reply.
I can't seem to locate a phone number to call them about it.


I'm kind of stuck here with my front end apart and the truck sitting on stands, waiting for these to arrive. Has anyone had problems with them before, or have any solutions? I'm loosing money everyday I can't use my truck and am about ready to go to a parts store and just buy some ball joints and seals.

Sorry to hear about that, Brian. The one time I did have an issue with them, I was able to call them and they were able to get the order filled. Not sure what the issue was, but I hope they get your issue figured out quickly.

Pretty sure I got it from their website.

It says this at the bottom of the page:

"The Powerstroke Shop will not be accepting any orders placed online or over the phone on or after March 12 2011. We apologize

for any inconvenience."

Hmmm, then why was my order accepted? I just cancelled it, we'll see if I have to fight to get my money back or not.
