Suggestions for rear exterior flood/spot light

Hey guys. I'm interested in hooking up a light on the roof of my truck so that i can see when im loading/unloading, hookin up trailers, covering my trailers...etc.

ive seen only ONE on some guys truck when i was driving around in town and i didnt know what it was at first...but now that i got me a ferd dually with some handy little uplifter switches, i think this would help me out alot, especially with the daylight loosing time coming up soon.

do any of you guys have one of these or know some good sites where i can find one at a good price? I dont even know what they're called to be honest with u.

that 3rd brake light mount is considerable, but i'm looking for more of a roof mount. i use the bed of my truck alot and often stack things really high, it looks like the bottom of the mount can get in the way.

They are called GoLights. Alot of people around here have them. They make mountable ones and magnetic ones also have wireless.

thanks that GoLight is exactly what i was thinking of. how does the permanent one mount? do you screw it to the cab or something? does it seal pretty good? i really want to get one.

I'm honestly thinking about going that rout. I saw one at my local truck accessory shop that I really liked. It was nice and thick, smooth square pipe, and would really match the beastly look of the 08-10 ford.

I'm pretty sure I can get it with signal, and reverse lights, painted to match and still have some money left over for aux lights for it...for about the same price as a high end go-light.

my only thing is...i really utilize the 3 holes on the top of the bed rail. I haul a lot of produce and need to stack stuff high, so i made some side walls for the truck. I'm gonna have to get my headache rack made with the two holes cut out (the two closest to the cab, one on each side)

we'll see about that later. i just got my truck back from the shop after the big wreck, read my other threads.

and now...i got an anniversary date to pay for. lol. which reminds me.... I went into auto zone to get some wiper blades and the lady asked me..."do you have a rewards card?" i said... "i did once, but when i got married I stopped coming here. Now i only have rewards cards to places at the mall"
