Side work?
Think I have this in the correct section.
How many of you guys use your truck to make extra cash? I will be starting a new job fairly soon, and as a result upgrading to a diesel (looking at 05+ 6.0). The money is good, but I will have a lot of down time through the year.
So do any of you guys use your truck for side work? I have noticed a lot of trucks with car trailers running cars for dealers/transport. However, from what I understand there are a lot of headaches involved to do something like that.
Looking for ideas on what I could look into during my down time. Should clarify I will be down between jobs for 3 days- 3 weeks at a time. So not too worried about schedule issues depending.
