# 19 fuse blows intermittently, help?

My 2001 f-350 7.3 will pop #19 fuse in the cab and the truck will only idle. Dash gauges shut down, and I get stuck in the worst places, I pulled the covers on the steering column. nothing rubbed through. Help if you can please. Thanks

Check in the manual what that fuse is for.
Auxiliary Powertrain Control Module (APCM) (Diesel only)
Instrument Cluster
GEM Module
Overdrive Cancel Switch
Idle Validation Switch (Diesel only)
Overhead Console
Diesel PCM via Clutch
10A

Not sure what usually goes out on that switch.
On the #30 30A fuse, the fuel bowl heater shorts out and there goes the PCM. But idk about #19.
