front end help

hi guys i have a 2003 f-350 superduty 4x4 with the 7.3. i am having problems with the front end it feels like i have loose lugnuts but i dont.i replaced the track bar sway bar, end bushing links,and inner tie rod thad connects to the pitman arm. and i still have the problem i have taken the truck to 4 different front end shops and they all tell everything is tight in the front end. the only thing i havent checked yet is the shocks which i assume are orignal with 97,000 miles on them could the shocks be the problem? they dont leak thanks.
