disconnect 06 antilock brakes

need info on how to disconnect the antilock brakes on my 2006 f350. pulled the fuse but the speedo quit working. pulled the abs plug at the module and the speedo quits working to.these brakes are dangerous,no brakes when on bumpy roads, took to the ford dealer and they said they have had lots of complaints from others but wont do anything. i had a 2004 f250 and disconncted them with no problem,but the 06 wiring is different and the speedo is wired to the abs. i am going to install a cable remote adjustable proportioning valve in the rear brake line,i have used these on my street hotrods and race cars.any answers?,thanks,jeff-45456 miles and the 6.0 is running strong no problems!
