What should i upgrade first on my 97 PSD

I have a 97 PSD I have installed the three inch down pipe. The truck has 6 inch lift and 35 inch BFG's A/TS. The truck has 3.55 ratio gears, and i prefer 4.10 gears i have a 34 ft 5th wheel RV. The truck can barely make it from job to job. This is the truck of my dreams but I want and need more power and torque but i want to do it right without damaging anything. Where do i need to start ??? Gears, Tranny, Engine, I'd rather Put money into this truck instead of buyin a new one. Thanks for any advice.
