Turbocharger installation problems

I have an 06 F250, I was having major problems with coolant loss everytime I pulled my bobcat. Several people told me it was most likely my EGR and Oil Cooler. So, my father who Ive always felt was a good mechanic talked me into attempting to relplace both, rather that paying to have it done. All seemed to have went well, but when we started it back up, I have a serious vacumn leak somewhere, its very loud and obvious. I can only assume its from the turbocharger as the truck has no power. I have checked clamps on the turbocharger, and they seem to be in allignment. I was just curious if anyone has ever had this problem, and some possible solutions. Thanks in advance.
