Thinking about this...
OK...so I'm cruising EBay and I found this:
eBay Motors: Ford PowerStroke Aux Idle Control Power Module F-250 (item 230161935012 end time Aug-21-07 16:17:14 PDT) What do y'all think? It's cheap, and adds some fun capability's. SO???

For that price I say go for it, I had one on my truck and it was great in the winter time.

Yah, if ya don't have a high idle setting on a chip or something - go for it -- some trucks come stock with those and that is a pretty cheap price!!

Anyone know what they are going for NOT on ebay? Currently the bid is at $50, (b/c I bid on it) and if it's much more from the dealer or something...I'll probably pass. Thanks.

i can't find where it says how much you can increase the idle,mine increases by itself after about 2 minutes of idling

Yeah...but it only revs to about 1000rpms. With this thing, you could bump up the idle to 3000 if you wanted to.

VMAC | Throttle Commander | Throttle Commander Overview I've installed 4 or 5 of these in our work trucks. They work great and are an easy install but are kinda pricey. If i remember right around 250 with shipping

OK...so I've been searching on the interweb for over 3 hours and I have yet to find anyplace to buy this thing...I can't even find a price. I MIGHT have seen something like 300-400 bucks...so I guess now that the bid is at $60-ish...I should go for it. At least until it gets to about $100.
Anyone have an idea, other than the dealer, where I can get a price for one?
