tilting flat deck trailer

im looking for a tilting 16'/18' flat deck trailer. i would prefer the high boy style with the deck over the axles. i have found many manufactures that make them but the smallest ive found is 22'

so would it be easy enough to modify a regular 16'/18' deck over trailer and add a ram and motor for hydraulics?

what are you guys' thoughts?

It would be much easier to just get the 22'as modifying would be a pain in the butt. Why do you only want an 18 foot.
