Effects of first diesel...kind of humorous
We bought my wife a 6.0 Excursion almost two months ago for her family hauler. We absolutely love it so far! Buckets and the DVD are perfect for our two little girls.
![]() I have a Volvo S60 T5 with a 5spd that is my daily. When I get into my F150 FX4, I commonly find myself reaching for the clutch, only to find the floor. Well over the past 3 or 4 weeks, no matter which vehicle I get into, I find myself turning the ingition on and sitting there a second before turning to start....waiting on the glow plugs. I always feel a grin across my face when I realize what I'm doing. My wife however finds this extremely funny and has zero issue with laughing hysterically at me. We'll see how much she's laughing when I sell my FX4 and Volvo for another Powerstroke...... |

I can relate. Between work and home i drive my 02 Powerstroke 6 sp, my Tercel, the wife Rogue, the company 2500 DuraMax, and 2 seperate fork lifts! Pedals feel different going back and forth!
