Have 7.3 PS 1999.

I have the heads off my 7.3 looking for a bad gasket or cracked head? I got her hot.About 190,000 miles. Is this a good time to go to a 4" exhaust?
I am not a big time power nut. Just was thinking better flow would be good. Input?

Port head, chamber 2,3, exhaust valves have some rust. Bore is OK ,some water stains. Some rust pitting on head face, chamber top. This may have been a long time leak,it just got pushed when i got it HOT.Head is out now for a lookover and repair or replacment.

Found the drain on the drivers side. It is the ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Block heater!! Dua! I was looking down the side of the block and saw the wires going to it and said, that must be the block heater.
