The Good, The Bad, And The Ugly

The Good: I Finaly broke into the 1/4 mile time i wanted=10.73, And It Loaded Itself Onto A Trailer

The Bad: My Truck Didn't Want To Break Into The 10's

The Ugly: My Entire 6.0 Is Toasted. 2 Rods Snaped As I Passed The Line

But I Did Smoke This Dmax That Was Bagging On My Power Stroke, Beat Him By 2.5 sec. As I Was Loading It On A Trailer Mr. Bowtie Came Over And Congradulated Me For The Win, He Even Said That He Has Never Seen A Truck Break Like That And Still Drive Onto A Trailer.

The Moral: If You Dyno Over 700rwhp Upgrade Your Connecting Rods And Main Caps Or Else Your Victory Will Be Short Lived Like Mine.

10.73 is right, yeah i have the slip somewhere but i can tell you that to get it to dip into the 10's it took a big shot out of the dual stage and i think thats why it let go

I hope to join the 10 second club with you next year......I didn't know the VGT was capable of putting down times like that! I guess that saves me some money since I was looking at the aurora 3000.
