Spraying BedArmor
I know you can buy spray cans of it, but everyone local only sells the gallon containers and I want the benefits from spraying it on. I want to redo my bumpers and lower half on my truck and just want to do it with a gun.
I emailed Duplicolor but they haven't gotten back to me, so will this stuff spray through a cheapy Harbor Freight gun? I read about undercoating spray guns, but I'm not really sure if I could find one locally. Thanks. |

I'm curious about this too

The Duplicolor rep just got back to me and said that because it has small rubber particles in it, the BedArmor will clog the gun and won't spray. Should it spray with an undercoating gun? If not, what are my other options?

Undercoat gun should spray it.

What's the benefit of spraying it on vs rolling it on. I rolled herc on my rockers and am plenty happy with the result, will probably do the same thing to my bed.

it can be sprayed thicker and more consistently..

I thought I would be able to get better results spraying it, but I ended up rolling it and it came out great.
