Did I miss something?

Has any one else heard that Ford was going to bring back the 7.3 in 2010?

I have a friend who is a machanic, and he was told (by a Ford dealer) that it was supposed to be a twin turbo.

From what I heard, Ford is ditching Navistar/International, and designing their own engine. I haven't heard the size, but I'm sure they're working on something big. Even Dodge went with a bigger displacement, and stayed within emissions standards.
