911 EGR block off plate
I have the truck apart in the front yard trying to install the EGR block off plate. i loosened up the down pipe, got it out the way, loosened up the band clamp from the cooler to the up pipe and i loosened up the band clamp on the up pipes where they go to the trubo. i got the plate in but the up pipe and cooler seating surface are not mating up too well now. i dont know that the v clamp will pull them back. is it normal to have a small gap between the 2 after installing the plate?

i got it together. in the rain. the nuts on them v clamps cant take much torque. if anyone with an 03 is thinking about doing this with the cab on the truck take your time. or call me and i will come right over and kick you in the nuts. it will be much less painfull.
