Superchips 1805 tuner- Bad mistake- help

Hey yall I bought an 1805 about 2 weeks ago and put it in my truck on performance setting. After I did research I realized how stupid it was to put a superchip on my truck so I returned it to stock yesterday. Everything went fine but now there's still a tiny amount of black smoke coming out and its set back to stock. Has anybody else had this?

Everyone I talk to around hear have nothin but bad to say abourt superchip. Especially for a 6.0 liter which is known for gasket problems. Plus it doesn't tune your tranny very well for the extra power. There's a reason its one of the cheaper brands out there
