Great Service Departments/Dealerships
I just had a wonderful experience at Hansel Ford in Santa Rosa, Ca. and I wanted to share it.
My truck (Brutus) came up for it's 30,000 mi service last Saturday so I took it in. I told them I had a coolant leak up front but since they didn't have any diesel mechs working Saturdays, they rescheduled me for today.
I arrived at the dealership at 7:30am, they took the info from me that they needed, called Enterprise rentals and got me a rental car and I was on my way to work. I even arrived at work a little early.
Around 2:30 today they called and said that I had no less than three coolant leaks and my front crank seal was leaking. They had ordered the parts and could schedule the work for next Monday. They also said it was all under warranty and that a rental car would be included at no charge. There was also no charge for today's service that they did or the rental car.
All this is wonderful but the best part was the curteous and considerate way that I was treated. Mark in the Fast Lane service department had well polished people skills that absolutely made my day.
Hat's off the Hansel's, you've done a wonderful job and you have some wonderful employees.
