Upgrading my E99 to the 03-07 turn signal mirrors.

I am upgrading my truck to the 03-07 turn signal mirrors, for those of you that have already done this did you have to make up your own wiring harness or have a shop wire them in for you? If anybody around here has some suggestions on what is needed to complete the wiring installation I sure would appreciate the help.

Would I start from the fuse panel and run my wiring from there to the passenger side mirror and the driver side mirror for the turn signals and the parking lights? What about the mirror heaters, where would I run my wiring to get power?

Anybody with help with this matter sure would be appreciated. Thanks.
