Wow I think that's a pretty good deal from a dealer. However, if you were to use the Motorcraft oil, you could do the same yourself and save roughly $15. I think the Motorcraft oil at Walmart runs $14 per 5 quarts and you'd need 3 which is $42. I was able to pick up fuel filters at my local International dealer for $43 so the total you'd be paying is $85 and a little bit of your time. Or for just $36 more, you could run Rotella T6 in your motor. That's what I run and to me, it's worth the additional $$$ for how much smoother and quieter my motor runs. Then again I have a 6.0L and you have a 6.4L and I don't know much about them.

3 jugs of motorcraft at 15 a piece = 45
1 filter at = 20
fuel filter kit=60
=125

I don't think I can save any money.
