Turbo Leaks oil

I had to replace my turbo so I found some great instructuions that I followed and it all bolted up but after I tested it and came home my turbo leaked oil so I thought I might have knocked out a o ring so I took it apart and it was there so I put it back together and it still leaks oil any suggestions ???

did you replace the o-rings or reuse the old ones , and just out of curiosity did the turbo seem to sit down flat when reinstalled , which part is leaking , between turbo and pedestal or at the block

when I re installed the turbo I used the new o ring That I got with it but I had a hard time getting the exhaust v pipe to line up with the turbo when it was bolted down to the pillar Im pretty sure its leaking from between the pillar and the turbo
