Detroit Powercool Plus

Can I use Detroit Powercool Plus in my 6.0L Powerstroke? I can't find any coolant that is not premixed other than this.

2005 F-250 Crew Cab FX4
6.0L Super Duty
4" Exhaust with muffler
CAT delete
EGR delete
SCT Livewire
