Am I being wrong with this?

As some of you remember, recently bought a tuner and custom tunes from a major vendor (not DP tuner or wildman) and have had nothing but problems with the tunes. My MPG have dropped from 17 to about oh... 9-10 and my driveability is out the toilet. My shifting is junk now (wants to sit at about 2200 in each gear before shifting) I've changed tunes a few times with them, and no change. I've gotten to the point where I'd prefer to just get a refund from the company. Am I wrong in asking for this?

Hey man - we're here for you so lets see what we can do. Give me a link to the original thread and PM me with details and we'll see what we can come up with. I'm not a vendor and no where near a Tech but I know a couple we can get to help you.
