the cheapest I saw was on e-bay for $1234.00 with free shipping. I have a friend that has some on a Chevy he has that is lifted quite a bit. They are very sturdy and you would never know they were there until you open the door and they drop down. they are pretty sweet. They are just a little spendy for me. I can think of a whole lot of performance mods that I would buty before getting the power steps. Plus the nerf bars are alot cheaper.

02 F350 XLT DRW CC 6X6, ZOODAD MOD, DUAL PRESS RELIEF VALVE, 4" TURBO BACK EXHAUST NO KITTY NO MUFF, TS 6 POS CHIP, HIGH PRESS OIL LINE X-OVER, AIRAID THROTTLE BODY SPACER, DIY INTAKE NAPA 6637, PYRO, BOOST, TRANS GAUGES ON THE PILLAR, BANKS TRANS COMMANDER W/TRANS SHIFT KIT, BILLET TORQUE CONVERTER, WASTEGATE DELETE W/MAP FOOLER, SKYJACKER SHOCKS & DUAL STEERING STABILIZER, REDNECK CELL PHONE, RANCH HAND BUMPER, RECON BIG RIG, FENDER AND CAB LIGHTS, AND DIAMOND PLATE ACCESORIES.

I agree. A friend of mine also had them on a lifted chevy and you couldn't even see them until they dropped, but they were very sturdy. They are definately a snazzy little set up.
