slow starter on 7.3l

i have an 01 excursion. recently i had a slow starting
issue and the voltage gauge would just bottom out so i thought that it was just weak batteries. so i replaced
them last night then today i got home from work to go back to work and it turned over real slow but would not
turn fast enough to start. where do i need to go from here

You might check the alt. my 01 truck has had 4-5 that I have put on.
This might not be keeping your batts. charged. If it is the alt. go with the
lifetime warranty, so you won't ever pay again.
